Program Sessions:

The entire Dynamic Awareness Weight Management Program may take up to 6 sessions to complete. The ideal amount of time that you need to make the life-long changes you desire. However, sessions are goal-oriented and pre-determined by each individual needs. Since each person is different with unique set of issues, requiring a personalized program, the time to complete the program may vary, the choice is yours!

The program starts with an initial consultation of 30 minutes for making an assessment intake that will enable us to identify the specific program for you. Since understanding nutritional deficiencies is very important  for any nutritional program to work, an energetic assesment biofeedback is also included and performed during the initial session.

Each session is an hour long where we will be exploring and working to overcome challenges and blocks that may be stopping you from reducing the weight completely and reaching your goals. Each session ends with a client assignment/practice to be completed before the next session.
